To keep costs (and prices!) down, we take a virtual office approach (see below). We pride ourselves, however, on timely responses and excellent communication.

This is the best way to get in touch with us. We are constantly checking emails on our computers and smart phones. On most occasions we’ll get back to you within minutes or hours. If not urgent, we’ll try to get back to you within the business day.

Sometimes we can’t answer the phone if dogs are barking in the background or if we are away from our desks. The best way to reach us, therefore, is via email. If you have to leave a voicemail, these will be transcribed voice-to-text and emailed to the appropriate person to respond.

If you are sending a fax, our system will automatically recognize the signal from the number above, convert to fax, and email us. If you are faxing vet records, we will upload the documents to your profile. If you have an older fax machine, press ‘send’ as soon as the line picks up. Otherwise it will route to voicemail.
